Privacy Policy

Your email address, sign-in method, display name and optional profile picture, the photos of clothing you choose to add, the details attached to those photos (such as type, colour and brand), the home location you optionally save, the occasions and trips you ask reddy about, and the reactions you give to the looks reddy suggests.

To create your account, show your closet back to you, generate outfit and packing suggestions, look up the weather for the place and date you enter, and learn which looks you like so future suggestions fit your taste better.

Closet photos are stored privately. They are visible only to you through your signed-in account, and are never published, sold or shared with other people using reddy.

Lovable hosts reddy and provides its AI gateway. Supabase provides account authentication, the database and private photo storage. Apple or Google handles sign-in when you choose that method.

AI features currently use Google Gemini through Lovable’s gateway. Clothing analysis sends the photo you select; outfit and packing requests send relevant clothing details, preferences and the context you enter. AI summaries use your outfit feedback. These outputs can be inaccurate. Do not enter sensitive information unrelated to clothing or styling.

Open-Meteo provides weather and location results. Photon (Komoot) and Zippopotam.us support location searches, receiving the place or postal code you enter. eBay provides clothing search and shopping listings, receiving a product description and relevant clothing filters. Opening a retailer link takes you to that retailer’s own website and privacy practices.

These providers process information needed for the requested feature and may handle technical connection or security records. Reddy does not train its own AI model on your uploads. Provider retention, processing regions and training practices are governed by their terms; we do not promise that every provider retains nothing. If you allow optional analytics, we record basic actions within reddy, such as opening screens, sign-in attempts and outcomes, adding clothing, generating or saving a look, looking for a missing piece, and opening a retailer link. We use these records to understand which features work and where requests fail. Signed-in actions are linked to your account; guest actions use a temporary session identifier. Records can include an outfit identifier, web or iPhone platform, provider, item category, result count and a general error category.

Older installed versions may still record basic usage automatically. Update the app to use these privacy controls.

These usage records do not include your photos, typed prompts, email address, profile answers, location or full product links. They are stored in reddy's database, and the owner dashboard shows aggregate counts. They do not measure retailer purchases or track activity across other apps or websites. Account deletion removes usage records linked to your account.

reddy does not run advertising, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not sell your information. Essential device storage keeps you signed in and remembers preferences, drafts and your privacy choice. Optional analytics use a temporary session identifier and, during sign-in, a short-lived attempt identifier. Declining analytics does not disable essential storage or app features.

Request permanent account deletion from Profile → Edit profile → Delete account. Deleting removes your closet photos, saved looks, reactions, learned preferences, profile details and sign-in. This cannot be undone. If you signed in with Apple or Google, deleting your reddy account removes the connection to that sign-in; you can also remove reddy from your Apple or Google account settings. For an Apple-linked account without a retained revocation token, we delete the Reddy account and show instructions for manually disconnecting Reddy in Apple settings. If deletion reports an error, your account has not been fully deleted; contact hello@wearreddy.com for help.

Account content is kept to provide your saved closet, preferences and outfits until you remove it or delete your account. Turning off analytics stops future optional usage records; it does not erase records already collected. Contact us for a data request. Service providers may retain limited backup or security records under their own retention practices.
